These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://vi-leon.com(the “Site”) operated by Vi-Leon. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for an adult professional audience: hiring managers, consultants, job seekers, and other industry professionals interested in life-sciences staffing and consulting services. You must be at least 16 years old to submit a form on the Site.
2. Submissions
When you submit information through a form on the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge;
- you have the right to submit any resume or other professional material you attach (i.e. it's yours, or you have permission to use it);
- you will not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or in violation of any third party's rights.
We may decline to act on any submission for any reason and may delete submissions that we believe violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site to harvest data, scrape job listings, or operate automated submission tools;
- attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other security measures;
- submit any malware, virus, or other code intended to harm the Site or its users;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including its layout, text, logos, and other content (excluding user submissions and third-party content such as LinkedIn posts), is owned by Vi-Leon or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use; you may not republish, redistribute, or commercialize the Site or its content without our prior written permission.
5. Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services to function (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Resend, EmbedSocial, Vercel, Upstash). Their terms and privacy notices apply to the portions of your experience they power. Vi-Leon is not responsible for outages, downtime, or data handling by any third-party service.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Vi-Leon makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the Site, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vi-Leon and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any direct damages, if any, shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Vi-Leon harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights.
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via the Site banner or by email where reasonably possible. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
