Vi-Leon is proud to share that two of our own, Brittany Couture, Head of HR and Operations, and Olivia Girr, Manager of HR and Operations, have been named 2026 Women in Leadership Scholarship winners by the American Staffing Association.

The scholarship drew 50 applicants from across the staffing industry, and only four were selected — making it especially remarkable that both Brittany and Olivia were among the winners. As part of the honor, Brittany and Olivia will attend Staffing World and the Thrive Conference in Denver this October, where they'll connect with other leaders from across the industry and bring fresh ideas and connections back to the Vi-Leon team.
