Meet the team

Adam has been with the team since 2020. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor sports and reading. A fun fact about Adam: he's been to every state in the U.S. His leadership style is best described as authentic.

Arthur founded the company in August 2020 alongside Adam Golding. Outside of work, he's a dedicated dad to two young sons and spends most of his free time with them. When they're asleep, or when he's away from home, he's likely watching or attending a sporting event — the NFL and UFC are his go-to sports. A fun fact about Arthur: his first job out of college was a six-month internship in Doha, Qatar. His leadership style is competitive, urgent, and consistent — he pushes people to compete at the highest level while giving them the tools and support to get there. His favorite part of the job is teaching someone the business and watching them win, which is what keeps him coming back every day.

Brittany has been with the team since 2021. Outside of work, anything involving the ocean and her family is where you'll find her — she loves paddleboarding, boating, and playing football in the waves with her three boys. A fun fact about Brittany: she and her husband's first date was skydiving. Her leadership style is hands-on — she meets people where they are without lowering the bar, staying close enough to understand, clear enough to be trusted, and firm enough to protect the standard of excellence.

Hunter has been with the team since 2023. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, hockey, and working out. A fun fact about Hunter: he's sampled every flavor of Ben & Jerry's ice cream at their factory in one day. His leadership style leans more player-coach — he believes in leading by example, but stepping in when necessary in the more critical situations that could be detrimental to someone's growth.

Orcun has been with the team since 2022. Outside of work, his interests run wide: basketball, golf, graphic novels, movies, comedy shows, board games, video games, fantasy football, travel, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. A fun fact about Orcun: he designed the Vi-Leon logo. His management style is incredibly flexible — he adapts his feedback, approach, and plan of action based on the situation at hand and the person he's managing. His communication is thoughtful, and he has a knack for recognizing what truly makes a team member tick, opening up avenues for motivating them and identifying areas for improvement in each person.

Abigail has been with Vi-Leon since November 2022. Technically the third employee on the team, she takes great pride in being part of the foundational crew — being part of creating the company's blueprint has felt special, and the last few years have flown by while being incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, she loves being in nature, especially with her dog Sunny along for the ride — whether that's a trail in the woods or soaking up the sun at the beach. She also loves spending time with her people every chance she gets, especially over a good coffee and chat. A couple of fun facts about Abigail: she bungee jumped off the world's highest bridge in South Africa back in 2018, and she was raised by her grandparents, who shaped her into the woman she is today. Her team describes her leadership style as motivating, uplifting, caring, knowledgeable, and fun — which, she admits, makes her blush.

Olivia has been with the team since 2023. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends — the beach, breweries, and walks with her husband and pup. She enjoys cooking when inspired, shopping and fashion, a good movie, and has recently taken up gardening. She also loves a good workout class and traveling to try new foods and see new places. A fun fact about Olivia: she loves music — singing, dancing, concerts, all of it — with Fleetwood Mac and The Eagles as her all-time favorite bands. Her leadership style is organized, strategic, personable, detail-oriented, thorough, curious, and encouraging. She helps eliminate obstacles and hurdles with a subtle touch that helps the team complete their work at the highest level — performance-driven, always.
